Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Within Canada
Standard shipping within Canada typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is generally provided within 24 hours after shipment. Expedited and express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Shipping Within the United States
Orders shipped within the United States are sent using fully trackable shipping services and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tracking information is generally provided within 24 hours after shipment. Expedited and express shipping options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable period of time, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations. If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation when applicable. Lumixsilva is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced. Customers are encouraged to ensure that deliveries can be received securely.
