Free Returns Within 30 Days
We offer free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided
- The return request is submitted through our Contact Us page on the website
Once received, we will get in touch as soon as possible to assist with your request.
Please note, we do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items not purchased through our official website or authorized sellers
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
- Return requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Attach clear photos showing the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Refund Process
