Shipping Destinations
LumixSilva ships to most countries and regions worldwide. However, we currently do not offer shipping to the following destinations: Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Kosovo, Syria, Sudan, and Somalia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1โ2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Within Canada
Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 2โ5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Standard shipping is handled via fully trackable ground services and typically takes 2โ7 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via trackable air services and typically arrive within 6โ18 business days from the date of dispatch.

Note: This timeframe does not include potential customs clearance delays. Expedited international shipping may be available and could shorten delivery times.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
LumixSilva is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Address
After placing your order, you will receive two confirmation emails: one for your order confirmation and another with tracking details once your order has shipped.
