🌍 Where Do We Ship?

Lumixsilva ships our vegan hard wax kits and accessories to most countries and regions worldwide.
However, we currently do not ship to the following destinations:
Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Kosovo, Syria, Sudan, and Somalia.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.


⏱️ How Long Does Order Processing Take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
If unexpected delays occur (e.g. weather, high volume), we’ll notify you via email.


🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

Standard shipping across Canada typically arrives in 2–5 business days after dispatch

Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout and vary by location


🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

Orders are shipped via fully trackable ground services, typically delivered in 2–7 business days after dispatch

Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment

Expedited or express options are available at checkout


✈️ International Shipping

International orders ship via trackable air services, with estimated delivery in 6–18 business days

Delivery time may vary by country and does not include customs clearance time

Expedited shipping may be available in select regions


💰 Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient

Lumixsilva does not prepay or estimate these charges

Please check with your local customs office before placing your order if you have any concerns

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

A confirmation email with order details

A shipping email with tracking information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and upon receiving your confirmation email.
If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours:
